Weapons Upgrade Program
The FERFRANS Weapons Upgrade Program is to convert and upgrade old decommissioned M16A1 rifles to the most modern combat rifle of the 21st Century. The M16 is the most versatile and ergonomic combat rifle that most major weapons manufacturers around the world are making their own version.
This program is intended to assist Armies and law enforcement around the world with thousands of decommissioned M16A1s and a limited budget to modernize and acquire modern assault rifles, instead of purchasing new rifles. It will maximize the buying power without sacrificing quality and performance.
The converted and upgraded rifles can be configured to different lengths and caliber and will have all the special features of a brand new FERFRANS SOAR.
